Equity and belonging is the knowledge that everyone brings different live experience to the discussion or team and that makes the whole team stronger. How do you respect, collaborate with, and learn from people of different backgrounds, strengths, and viewpoints than your own? Who can you include for a perspective outside of your own viewpoint or to catch something you might have missed?
